Fachbereiche melden Vorhaben, Anbieter versprechen Lösungen, einzelne Piloten laufen bereits. Was fehlt, ist eine belastbare Grundlage für die Entscheidung, wohin Budget und Kapazität fließen.
Business units propose initiatives, vendors promise solutions, individual pilots are already running. What is missing is a solid basis for deciding where budget and capacity should go.
